SINGAPORE, September 14, 2026 — Baoshunchang, a China-based supplier of nickel-based alloys and specialty metals for the energy, aerospace and chemical processing industries, today announced its participation in the upcoming Stainless Steel World Asia Conference & Expo 2026, held on October 14–15, 2026 at Singapore Expo (Hall 6). The company will be exhibiting at Booth A47 and welcomes new and existing customers to discuss their material requirements in person.
A focused showcase for sour-service and aerospace-grade alloys
On display at Booth A47 will be Baoshunchang's core range of nickel-based materials, including Inconel 718 (UNS N07718 / W.Nr. 2.4668), Inconel 625 (UNS N06625), Inconel 825 (UNS N08825) and Hastelloy C-22 (UNS N06022), supplied as round bars, forgings, plates and custom-machined components.
The Singapore appearance will spotlight two customer-driven product lines:
- NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour-service grades — 718 and 825 material qualified for H₂S-containing oil and gas environments, covering both the 120 ksi (827 MPa) and 150 ksi (1034 MPa) yield-strength classes, with full heat-by-heat traceability and third-party inspection options through SGS, BV or DNV.
- Aerospace-grade 718 — bars and forgings for engine and rotating-component applications. Baoshunchang is currently working toward AS9100 certification, and is already supplying a growing number of Tier-1 suppliers in the European aerospace value chain.
Technical discussions at the booth
The European sales team will be joined at Booth A47 by process and heat-treatment engineers from Baoshunchang's production base. Visitors are encouraged to bring live project enquiries, as the team will be prepared to address three topics in depth:
- Material selection for severe service — matching alloy grade, product form and delivery condition to specific temperature, pressure and corrosive-media requirements (H₂S, CO₂, chloride).
- Heat treatment and mechanical properties — including double-aging of 718, the distinction between NACE/API 6A versions and AMS aerospace versions, and the practical significance of the 120 ksi vs. 150 ksi strength split.
- Regulatory and supply-chain compliance — updates on the upcoming EU PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) and progress on Baoshunchang's AS9100 aerospace quality-system rollout.
Why Singapore — and why meet us there
Stainless Steel World Asia remains one of the most respected platforms in Asia for the stainless and corrosion-resistant-alloy community, and a natural meeting point for buyers from Southeast Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and Europe. For Baoshunchang, the event is both a service touchpoint for customers across the region and an opportunity for long-standing European partners to visit an Asian venue closer to the supply base.
Pre-scheduled appointments are recommended. Customers are invited to contact their Baoshunchang sales representative in advance to book a dedicated meeting slot. The team will bring mill certificates, heat-treatment curves, third-party test reports and typical application case studies, ready for review at the booth.
